1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, and digital content provided by Diamond AI Media Group, Life Skills Master Class LLC, Lead Boost Academy, and Trigger To Transaction (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Third-Party Disclaimer

This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.

3. Affiliate Program Terms

If you participate in the Lead Boost Academy Affiliate Program, the following rules apply:

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact/payment information.
You agree to follow ethical and lawful marketing practices only through approved channels.
Misleading advertising, spamming, cookie stuffing, bidding on our brand terms without permission, or infringing intellectual property is prohibited.
Commissions are earned only via valid affiliate links and qualifying purchases.
Commission payments may be withheld for fraud, returns, chargebacks, or non-compliance.
Intellectual property (logos, materials) remains with the Company; you are granted a limited, revocable license solely for promotion.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, all promotions must cease.
Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from your marketing or violation of these terms.
Governing law: Nevada. Disputes resolved in Clark County, Nevada courts, unless arbitration is required for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.

4. No Warranty

ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND DIGITAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Your reliance on any information, strategies, or materials provided is at your own risk.

5. Refunds & Guarantees

General Policy: All sales of services and digital products are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Lead Boost Academy 100% Guarantee:
- You must complete at least 15 logins, all modules, 5 checkpoints, and 10 group posts over 30 days.
- Proof of implementation is required (screenshots, campaign setups, or equivalent).
- If full participation is met and measurable results are not achieved, a full refund of $197 may be issued.
Deposits: Non-refundable and applied toward the final cost of a service/product.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA

All content on our sites—including text, graphics, logos, and media—is the property of the Company or third-party licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

To file a DMCA takedown request, email steven@diamondaimediagroup.com with:

Signature of copyright owner or agent
Description of copyrighted work
URL of infringing material
Your name, address, phone number, and email
Statement of good faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the purchase in question.

8. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, strikes, or government action.

9. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by Nevada law.
Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in Las Vegas under AAA rules.
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

10. Website Use & Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to our website, services, or content at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, or affiliate activities.

12. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this website may be affiliate links. We earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, but only promote products or services we believe have value.
